WEST HAMPSTEAD SQUARE

We refurbished 35 apartments and the external facade in this exclusive development to a very high specification.  This year-long project required the sourcing of bespoke materials and the careful coordination of several specialist contractors, all within the confines of a live site where our customer-facing managers orchestrated not just a complex build, but continuous liaison with tenants and the public alike.

EMBASSY GARDENS

We prepared the commercial pre-tenancy retail units within this new and highly prestigious development adjacent to the US Embassy.  Our skilled team prepared the retail units for the incoming tenants allowing a smooth transition from construction to occupation in order that the client could achieve their far-reaching vision for the area.  Our managers achieved a seamless integration of the existing building systems with the requirements of the new tenants.

THE PORTMAN ESTATE

Maybank Projects has renovated numerous buildings within the Portman Estate over the years. This area is known for its heritage architecture, and the majority of the developments were listed at Grade II or above. This required careful and detailed planning consultation, material sourcing and conservation of historic features. 

1 DUKE STREET

A flagship office redevelopment for one of our central London clients where the requirements were not only for a functional and efficient office space but for a modern and adaptable design within the confines of a listed building in the heart of the historic London estates.  The eventual outcome was an envious mix of style and ergonomics while maintaining the elegance of the Georgian facade.

LONDON CITY ISLAND

Here we undertook a short programme or dilapidations reinstatement work that enabled the client to move a particularly high profile project forward.  This project required a fast-paced complex integration of all trades to hit a tight deadline, working 24 hours a day to achieve the client’s objectives.
